Three nights dinner bed & breakfast

On our outward journey through the Cotswolds, we take a break in Bourton-on-the-Water, before continuing to Bristol for our three night stay.
Today we discover Brunel’s SS Great Britain, and board the ship that changed the world. We enjoy a private guided tour and hear stories about the people behind this remarkable ship, and have plenty of time to enjoy this world class visitor attraction and the city.
We drive over the majestic Severn Bridge to Cardiff, where we meet our Blue Badge Guide for a two hour guided tour through the changing landscapes of the Welsh capital, and hear about the transformation of the busiest coal exporting port in the world into a vibrant waterfront development. After the tour, you are free to explore at your leisure. Perhaps visit Cardiff Castle, at the heart of the city and one of Wales’ leading heritage attractions (admission not included), or explore Europe’s most exciting waterfront.
On our return journey we have time to visit the ancient city of Worcester with its fascinating history and great shopping, before continuing homeward.
