WEDNESDAY Today we visit the magnificent Bodnant Garden, one of the most spectacular and admired gardens in Britain. Enjoy the grand formal terraces, the Dell, a deep valley with numerous trees, streams and rhododendrons, and a vast collection of plants ensuring colour all year round.
THURSDAY A beautiful scenic circular tour of the Snowdonia National Park driving through some of the wildest mountain scenery in Wales. On our journey we take a break in the lakeside village of Llanberis and have time in Betws-y-Coed, known as the gateway to Snowdonia, and where you'll find a diverse range of cafes, pubs and bistros, craft and gift shops selling local homemade produce.
FRIDAY On our return journey we take a break in Chester. This beautiful city has a unique atmosphere, and the compact centre is a delight to explore with the historic Rows and the cathedral all nearby. From here we continue homeward.
