MONDAY Outward journey with comfort stops en-route. We arrive in plenty of time for your evening meal.
TUESDAY We visit Padstow with its fine medieval buildings, and more recently made famous for its restaurants, including that of the famed chef Rick Stein. From here we continue to Kernow Chocolate Factory, where there will be the opportunity to view the chocolatey little world through large viewing areas, browse the shop, and visit the café.
WEDNESDAY Enjoy a day at leisure in Newquay, or join the coach for an optional visit to the Eden Project. Cost £17 per person. This excursion is subject to minimum numbers. Please indicate your interest at time of booking.
THURSDAY An excursion to Falmouth, Britain’s most southerly resort, and the third largest natural harbour in the world. This historic town is famous for its maritime heritage and is home to the National Maritime Museum Cornwall. (Admission not included). In the afternoon we visit Cornwall Gold to see how stunning pieces of jewellery are created, and visit Tolgus Tin Mill, the only surviving mill of its kind in Cornwall.
FRIDAY After a relaxed breakfast we journey back home with fond memories of Cornwall.
