P.C. Executive Coaches of Lincoln are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the security of any personal data received from you. We comply with the requirements of the data protection legislation in the UK. This policy explains how we use the information that we collect and also sets out the terms under which this website is made available to you. By accessing the website and/or making a direct or agent booking, you agree to be bound by these conditions.

 

Your Personal Data

This means your name, contact details, travel preferences and special needs/disabilities/ dietary requirements that you supply us, or is supplied to us, including any information about other persons on your booking. Your personal data is collected when you request information from us, contact us (and vice versa) or make a booking with us.  Other examples of personal data are; your voice, where captured by CCTV, or captured in recorded telephone conversations at one of our owned or managed premises, and your image, where it is captured by CCTV or other visual recording equipment on our owned and occupied sites, such as our passenger carrying vehicles.  You are responsible for ensuring that other members of your party are aware of the content of our Privacy Policy and consent to you acting on their behalf in all your dealings with us. We will update your personal data as appropriate in order to ensure it is up-to-date and fully accurate.

 

Our Use of Your Personal Data

  1. We may disclose your personal data to our suppliers and service providers, in connection with the provision of their products and services to you, including transfers, flights, ferry crossings, hotels, holiday insurance, etc. They may sometimes be located outside the UK/EEA (European Economic Area). Only information that is necessary for these purposes is disclosed, as it may be essential to do so to fulfil a contract with you. For air holidays and sea crossings, it may be a mandatory requirement, imposed on airlines/ferry companies by governments at the point(s) of departure and/or destination, to disclose your personal data for security and anti-terrorism purposes, or any other purposes which they determine appropriate.
  2. We may use your personal data for the purposes under which we are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) under the Data Protection Act. We may also disclose your personal data to companies who carry out data processing services on our behalf such as for administration, business management, operations, research and analysis, marketing, monitoring, analysis and other normal business practices. If we search against the files of credit reference agencies, they will record the search and hence the way in which you conduct your account with us may be shared with other lenders and credit agencies.
  3. Some of the data we collect about you, such as relating to health, may be considered "sensitive personal data" under the Data Protection Act 2018. We collect it to cater to your needs or act in your interest, but we do so on the condition that we have your positive consent. By booking your holiday with us you also agree for your insurers, their agents and medical staff to disclose relevant information (which may contain sensitive personal data) to us in circumstances where we need to act in the interest of everyone in the group you are travelling with. For example, if you become ill and your illness is infectious, we may need to make special arrangements for you and also ensure that you do not return with the group immediately.

 

Direct Marketing Material

  1. We may from time to time contact you by post with information on offers and holidays and related services, brochures, new products, forthcoming events or promotions.
  2. You may indicate your preference to receive our direct marketing material for the above purposes by telephone, or email, or to our staff at the time you first supplied us your information.
  3. If you do not wish to receive such information or would like to change your preferences, please refer to point 2 of “Your Rights" below.

 

Your Rights

  1. You have the right to request in writing a copy of the information we hold about you and to correct any inaccuracies in your information. We are obliged to respond to your Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) within a month.
  2. You have the right to ask in writing not to receive direct marketing material about our products and services. Contact us at either our Lincoln or Louth office address, via email (holidays@pccoaches.co.uk) or via the “unsubscribe” button on any email marketing communications you receive. Once accordingly notified by you, we will take steps to stop using your information in this way.

 

Use of Cookies

This website uses cookies; a piece of information stored on your computer’s hard drive by your web browser. On revisiting our website, our computer server will recognise the cookie, giving us information about your last visit. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site.  By continuing to browse the site, you are agreeing to our use of cookies.  Once you close the browser, the cookie simply terminates. We have strict security procedures covering the storage and disclosure of your information in order to prevent unauthorised access to comply with the UK Data Protection Act of 2018, and be GDPR compliant.  This means that sometimes we may ask for proof of identity before we disclose personal information to you.
